The following rules apply to all games and contests at Mommy Loves Freebies. If you have any questions or concerns regarding game rules, please contact us through our management site, Towle Creations.

Section 1 - Privacy Policy

1.a Your privacy is very important to us, and this is why we are CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 compliant. When you submit your form, we will receive your information and only use your information for our own purposes, unless you authorize us to share the information with a sponsor, as designated when available on game and contest forms. Your personal information is never shared with a third party unless you've authorized us to do so.

1.b After you've authorized us to share your information with the designated sponsor, we are not responsible for their use of your information. Although we only partner with sponsors we believe will act responsibly, we can not be held for their actions.

1.c We will contact you via email only in reference to a game or contest you've entered.

1.d Your personal information will be stored in an off-line information database. The owner of the website is the only individual authorized to access the database.

1.e We may use your mailing address for future mailings.

Section 2 - Eligibility

2.a All individuals 18 and older are eligible to participate. If we doubt the legitimacy of a participant's age, we may ask for a copy of a valid driver's license.

2.b You must be a resident of the United States of America in order to claim a prize.

2.c Some games and contests allow participants in Canada, but only where noted.

Section 3 - Winners and Prizes

3.a Prizes are awarded randomly through an automated system designed by the owner of Mommy Loves Freebies. This is a blind system, where individual identities are unknown to the owner until the winner has been randomly chosen. Prizes are awarded anywhere between 1 to 5 days after the end of a game or contest.

3.b Once a winner has been chosen, the sponsor will be contacted with the winner's mailing address and the prize is then mailed directly from the sponsor to the winner.

3.c After the sponsor has had time to mail the package, we will contact you and ask for your feedback on the sponsor's delivery of the product, the condition of the prize, and any additional feedback you have regarding the game, the sponsor and our website. This is a very important part of the game and awards system because sponsor feedback is essential to the advancement of their business.

3.c.1 By supplying feedback about the sponsor and/or Mommy Loves Freebies, you authorize us to use your first name, last initial, city and state to go alongside your feedback in a public publication of your feedback at Mommy Loves Freebies.

3.c.2 If you do not have positive feedback about a sponsor, and would like to give a neutral or negative feedback, we still welcome the feedback. Upon review of any negative or neutral feedback about a sponsor, we will address the problem directly with the sponsor.

Section 4 - Prize Bucks Explained

4.a Prize Bucks is an awards system devised to reward participants at our websites. In order to obtain Prize Bucks, you must have an account at Mommy Loves Freebies.

4.b Earning Prize Bucks at Mommy Loves Freebies:

4.b.1 When you submit your answers to the various games and contests on the site, there is a section of the form asking for your username at Mommy Loves Freebies. You must enter this information in the form in order to receive your Prize Bucks

4.b.1.0.1 Each time you play a game at Mommy Loves Freebies, you will earn 500 Prize Bucks. You will only earn 500 Prize Bucks per game, not per entry. Because some games allow you to submit answers more than once, you will still only be awarded the 500 Prize Bucks once.

4.b.5 You can also sign up for the Birthday Club and earn 750 Prize Bucks on your birthday!

4.b.4 Prize Bucks Totals will be posted on the website at the between the 1st and 10th of every month for the previous month's earned balance. All postings will be made with the player's Mommy Loves Freebies user name.

4.c You can also earn Prize Bucks through The Parent Station's Newsletter. Each newsletter will give you the chance to earn Prize Bucks. You simply need an account at Mommy Loves Freebies in order to maintain your Prize Bucks Balance.

4.d Redeeming Prize Bucks is quite simple. Simply fill out the Prize Bucks Redemption Form to claim your prize!
